The chat here is often very subjective and emotional. The yearly report shows in the last 6 months they were very cash flow positive and EBITDA profitable. Those are 'the numbers' that cannot be argued.
What will happen in future... well bring on the subjective and emotional comments.
For the next 12 months there is enough cash to not worry re that AND get the waiver study done in the USA. So it is almost 'check back in, in a year'. In the meantime, I am quite confident the EBITDA profit will be about $500k a quarter over the next year. That is 'assuming' product sales continue and dont fall off the cliff. The upside will be any increase in product sales now that 'ramp up' is finished. The key is: there are 18,000 sites RIGHT NOW that can buy and use FebriDx. That is PLENTY of sites to prove the product will sell. It is like our management has borrowed money, and gone to the race track, to bet on sure thing. I guess they are thinking the CLIA waiver will come for sure, as $6 mill is a big bet. But you are betting $6 mill at odds of 15-1 (so they tell me, re sites increase in the USA on a successful outcome)
I assume the services arm of the company will continue and even increase.
I personally would not have done such a gamble, as 18,000 sites is plenty to sell into. But they have made the bet.
With Twiggy being the 'biggest' holder now at 10% and only one other (Ryder?) above 5% the share trading may be volatile. And we are set up to be taken over. No big blockers.
I hope we get some good news in the next two weeks. Sitting at 3.8 cents is not so pleasant to see. I wonder if Twiggy will get a motza extra shares as the sub underwriter. If Mr Retailer buys at 3.7 cents, on market, they will not be in the cap raise - more for Twiggy.
