Yes Core will issue ~6.1m more shares and through that gain 9.8% of CHR's share register. This diagram was from CHR's presentation pack today and that 9.8% that was Lithium Australia Ltd is now Core Lithium's holding. Core is now the single largest shareholder in CHR and has removed any single entity with a 10% blocking stake.


Through the option Core exercised they have 100% of the tenement where the Blackbeard drill intercepts occurred. If Blackbeard remains fully within the option tenement space, nothing changes re Blackbeard.

From Charger's map the most eastern of these intercepts is about 100m from the tenement boundary. There could well be depth extensions of Blackbeard that extend across the boundary. If CHR doesn't find $0.5m and buy out the 30%, Core has the 30% free-carry that LIT previously held.

Stu keeps on hearing of big hits near the road travelling through Charger's tenement. Some of Core's more recent activity is SW of Sea Dog in Southern Ah Hoy. This may have an alternative definition of North-east Kraken.

Sandpalms
If the Sandpalms target has a NE extension, that extension would both align with the Charger's "Interpreted Fractionation Boundary" and extend into the southern area of the charger and if CHR doesn't find $0.5m CXO(30%) tenement that has had little exploration.
