Did you actually watch it?
A bit of a blight on parenting in this country (not to mention great slabs of entitlement) that the slightest bit of self interest trumps cold hard facts.
Tassal Pollution, Steadfast, Westpac enabling money laundering, the Banking RC, Big Oil and Gas ripping us off is all it takes for a few to start crying "conspiracy!!!"
I invest(ed) in some of these companies and still do but at least I can accept a genuine problem when I see it. One look at the business should have told you that their ratio of profit to revenue means they're clipping some tickets pretty hard.
I've personally stayed away from any sort of Strata investment simply because the multitude of ticket clippers and vested interests (power, comms, insurance, cleaning, management fees) is endless.
Strata Insurance is a mess and Steadfast it seems is at least part of the problem. Is that so hard to accept?
It takes a certain mindset to see every bit of bad news reported as fact as some sort of ABC and ACCC conspiracy.
