I think it is prudent to pay attention to the fact that whilst the directors at the AGM were not forthcoming re details of the aboriginal issue oulined above, they did say that they expected a decision in days. I am sure those present can testify to that.
I am also sure that they can also testify that the directors were not particularly fussed on .this matter
In that context, if you were shorting MHM, I think you need to stay very close to your screen as it could turn costly for you.
