You need to read my post again. Is it compliant because Hadrian built an entirely compliant structure on its own, or is it compliant because of all the tradespeople who come in after Hadrian is left? The best way to avoid any confusion would be to video, unedited and in real time, the entire build from the slab going down to the compliance engineer walking around and ticking it off. That would get the share price moving.
That is all fbr would have to do to clear up any confusion. This release doesn't even have a close up photo or two.
