Should Star requests more debt allowance from its lenders, more mortgages would be required by the latter. Such assets are mostly held by its underlying companies and need government approvals to go ahead, that’s probably the reason we are still in suspension.
Anyway I’d be more worried if I were the shorts trapped in now, if smart a short squeeze can be easily archived on a stream of good new, so take the time to clear the decks.
