Yup, very little dilution at $5mil, and almost all of the $9million going to the drillbit, rather than admin and corporate (or 'general working capital').
At the end of the day, juniors need funds for exploration - I'm not sure whats hard to understand about that.
For a company thats finding gold mineralisation in pretty much every hole it drills, why would we not want to support that? Go GOR, 2011 is going to be an absolute cracker
