Without wanting to disclose too much of my private affairs.
My third arm of making money is high rise residential properties. In this current environment I am making money because of despondency of body corporate fees.
This thread is very relevant because I believe body corporate services of one sought or another have their snout in the trough. Great for buying distressed properties.
But once I am 'in', I start questioning. And using legal forums, the answers cannot be 'brushed off'.
