HI all, have been browsing some of the comments here thanks for sharing, this may have been posted already.

In my opinion, I think the recent sell down is a result of overall market sentiment however directly to Neu I feel like its becoming increasingly evident that Neu is looking to go alone in phase 3's despite as some have suggested being trigger happy to do a TO for any number, management team see the opportunity with this pipeline/platform drug. I think the market has taken a bit of a view that there is no defined timeline and expected a TO or partner deal by now with all 3 phase 2 results in and is factoring in some more risk factor for phase 3 trails and results. Similar in ways to when we got the partner ship with Acadia, market was expecting a whopping deal with big upfront $$ that never eventuated, neu got sold down on what was good news and years later an excellent deal, like then there would have been a portion of investors purely invested here recently for what seems a inevitable TO of such good assets based on phase 2 results.

Reality is our position has got stronger, those looking for TO easy exit may still get it, but I feel they are going all the way in full control of their assets, low cost Jon as been mentioning for phase 3's is well with in their reach for a drug that only has to repeat phase 2's trials which has overwhelming success. The best team in the world to develop these drugs Neu, I am more than happy to wait regardless of what the share price is today.

I did have to sell a few through out late last year and early this year from my personal portfolio, looking forward to buying more now, the gift that keeps on giving!
