I suppose the question now is do we have anything Rio doesn't already have? Sam Walsh was reported again in the Business Spectator this morning as saying they weren't interested in acquiring any iron ore juniors as they were too expensive and had nothing Rio wanted but then said they would be interested in acquisitions up to $1bn.
Mixed messages galore - I believe they could acquire Iron Valley and run a 25-20k conveyor to transport the ore to their existing infrastructure at low cost and the same with Bungaroo - Sam is just talking down the price - Don't like the colour,it's too dear,there's a cheaper one I'm seeing later,needs a bit of work still doesn't it - but he still keeps hanging around talking about it.
