I don't think REA has GBP 5.6 billion lying around in cash.
They offer cash and and their own shares (our shares haha), to be financed by equity issuing and debt.
They must be very keen.
As per usual in T/O: The target is up, and the acquirer is down (unless you own ARB)
Just 5 cents worth (and not even that).
