Get to $200 MC (call it 6 cents) and then dilute on the 10/12 rule (no shareholder approval required). Noone would complain at raising $20 million of new funds if the SP was moving north, U1B was producing (and the new 7 well programme had kicked-off), and plans were afoot to remediate A3. And besides, the ann today also mentioned funding/financing.
