Imagine what the share price would be if Gino didn’t sell any shares and MTC instead did a placement to Minerva at the same 55c. Such a better look in regards to our director. His 22 million shares would be worth a lot more ( on paper ) than his 17 million + the cash the got for his 5 million.
Personally I don’t think Minerva have the money to buy all those shares - hence the Dec settlement. No one mining Li in China is making money at the current Li price.
Hence I think it’s all part of a plan. At least I hope it is otherwise………,
