So far only two relatively small builders have taken a bite. The big ones like D.R. Horton wait in the background and take a closer look at the finished buildings afterwards. The loss of their reputation would be too great if it later turned out that FBR was not doing a good job. But it may also be that there are already relationships between them. Who knows! If I were the person in charge at D.R. Horton, I wouldn't have bitten yet. Once all demonstration houses have been successfully built and CRH has signed the JV contract, the big players won't have much time left! The longer you wait, the more expensive it will be for you!
