I believe the CEO selling all his shares sends the wrong signal.
He would rather "outperform" with his Sydney property than keep his DRO shares. He may not think he can keep up with the world players in this industry. This stock went nowhere for years until retail pumped it up because of wars that have barely brought in the cash Dro's way.
