...and while we are on the subject , and with trivia *, when captain Cook was sailing the southern oceans he had a gent with him who had a little pooch .....can't recall his function but not a sailor , and the dog was quite annoying but the guy loved it .
Cook was sick and nealry died but was revived with a soup ......yep , you guessed it.
Cook thanked the man who replied ....it was only a dog after all .
