That's right.
Out of the ~10% cash ($5m), $.5m will go towards interest payment at the end of the month and another $1.5m in div in early October.
So only 6% left ($3m) for the next dividend and interest payment in 6 month. After that Sebastian will have to sell whatever is left and keep shrinking the fund until they can't extract a salary anymore.
