Generous gesture & aligns himself with shareholders. So many senior office holders look to line their pockets at shareholders expense these days. It's great to be in a company where the 'top' commit so much of their own capital at arms length/on commercial terms or in this case with generosity. I sense it bodes well for a favourable outcome for the current review.
