If its easy to take a week to learn what you believe in today, what on earth is his excuse for doing so poorly? He has had 8 years to figure it out and i still dont know what it is, and i have seen way more of him talking on television than her.

I dont think anyone would hold it against you, in fact, much like in sport, i think respect would grow for your team if you could just appoint a better manager.
