I really need to strengthen up and lose weight and into condition more, lower back a constant issue however.
I also look at and read these extremes forlornly, wishing could have maintained better strength younger, built for life though life was how it was - oh to be as strong and even a degree of the fitness of my offspring and nieces and nephews & siblings who are insanely strong & fit, at highest level competitively even. It would be amazing to feel and be functional as these very strong people are.
