Looking at the transactions I can see that price is intentionally kept low to accumulate shares. The buyer will try to get as many shares from retail below.
20c before making a block trade at a higher price. I have managed to accumulate quite a bit of stock during the last three days at these cheap prices. Going to keep on buying if the price falls further. Minorva was happy to offer 53c and now few days after the offer it's trading less than half the offer price.
Im looking at this at an opportunity. There is some risk but for me the potential gain outweigh the risk.
