we talk about putins poor leadership by starting this war .....BUT ...he was mismanaging way earlier .....he has let manufacturing and technology slide very badly in russia ......they make weapons .....they service the oil industry .....all other manufacturing in russiany ra in terminal decline no chip making and completely dependant on outside countries of chips and any technically complicated components .....
and china themselves source all the highest quality chips they use from Taiwan
