Given the current trajectory, I very much doubt there will be anything left.
If the arbitration proceedings go full legal, the International lawyers will make a killing and send FFX bust with fees.
I won't be surprised if LLL are forced to send in the lawyers also to collect their coin. More legal fees for FFX.
Be better off if FFX SH gained control on the basis of a full audit / review of everything that occurred and if anything illegal / untoward had occurred, was reported to the relevant authority prior to the money running out to instigate such a review.
Would be a better use of funds than the current BOD march into oblivion strategy we appear to be on.
That strategy only serves the current and ex BOD strategy of sweeping the complete and utter financial debacle under the carpet. IMO
