Can you imagine how he is feeling, If he didn't sell down at ever CR and take MRC to the takeover panel to prevent the company raising funds, he could have still had a worth while investment.
All those funds paid out in dividend payments would have made a significant difference to the companies performance.
I guess his ego did get in the way of thinking rationally.
