Check out the historical PE ratio chart for Resmed. It is not stretched in the context of what investors have been willing to pay for RMD in the past.
In 2021 it went to a PE of over 70 which is clearly expensive.
Secondly, my point was that its expensive in relation to FPH too. I could be mistaken but Commsec is showing me a PE ratio of 98 for FPH which is mind boggling. Even Nvidia doesn't have a PE that high but has much better growth prospects.
Buy RMD now and get great upside returns in a year or two, page-205
