I forgot you have only actually been around on HC a short time (its what happens when you wipe yourself out then melt down and get banned for 14 years ). But, if you were on HC at the start of this inflationary cycle (which you weren't) you wouldn't be making such uninformed statements at Ewebute.

Now I am going to keep this simple and explain it for you, we don't want anymore "Biden moments" from you? Now we correctly predicted inflation would sky rocket despite the bulls believing the Fed and thinking it was transitory (that's people like you). Then once again we correctly stated interest rates were going to go much higher for much longer.

Most again thought 2 percent was the target however I remember the discussion at the time (you weren't here of course) when I and many of the bears were posting targets of 5 percent+ for the Fed. Again bulls believed the Fed thinking any rate rises would be moderate. Note once again you won't know any of this as you weren't here.

Then came 2022 the year of record tax loss selling that we warned was coming. Bulls again got caught (again people like you). Then we went on to explain just as the bulls thought inflation would go higher that actually we were soon going to head into a period of deflation.
Which would soon be followed by the crash of crashes as I like to call it.

I hope your keeping up you only been part of HC for what about 2 years out of the last 16 years, so a lot to cover. However we also warned while the crash was inevitable and deflation had arrived (we were proved correct) that didn't mean that the Fed couldn't stuff it up again and repeat the same mistakes of the 70's/80's.

Hence it is possible to have a deflationary period inside another self created inflationary cycle if central banks were stupid enough to either not raise rates high enough (failed), cut rates too soon (they will fail) or not keep momentary policy sufficiently restrictive (failed again). So we have 3 big fails once again - no surprise.

Now that brings us to the present day and your comment:

"Wasn't it inflation five minutes ago, my esteemed friend @Ewebute of the internet?
Higher for longer and that sort of thing."

And the answer is no Clark it wasn't, you are two years too late. We already had this conversation years ago and we are now up to the deflationary part of the cycle wondering if the Fed (and friends) are going to totally stuff it up again and we see a repeat of the 70s/80's. It is obviously a lot more complicated than what I posted but....

...you haven't been on HC all that long and you missed so much so better for me to keep it very very simple. Nothing too complicated. BTW for the longest, what did you call it "posting member on the XJO threads" you sure seem to have not been around much bud? I guess its what happens when you get banned for 14 years?

Might be why no one believes you when you come back trying to tell everyone you been around a long time? When really you've only been on HC about 4 years at best. Is this why you can't show me a single trade or call you have made on HC ahead of time and not after the fact? Still you better get some sleep work tomorrow for you .

P.S. I wish you didn't have to work, you could have been gaming online with me all night. Alas missed opportunities, might have to ask Ewebute, Ewebute can afford to game all night. No menial job to worry about. Anyway good luck at work bud hope the above helps.
