I made circa half a mill (in the bank) on my last Perth gimmick/technology related play that I had put on my watchlist at 2c and bought a modest holding at 38c after doing my DD.
I put FBR on my watchlist circa 6 years ago at circa 27c; researched it, followed its development to its current stage and even built my own wall to test their glue dynamic, then bought a modest parcel some weeks back at .3.5c.
My rationale was based on: 'well, if they get their machine to work on a commercial scale - and all indications are that they have - then they're on a winner, presuming they can market it with an element of skill. And none here are oblivious to the $billions on offer to the US building sector if Karris wins
Yes, sure there are a lot of shonks and lifestyle stocks, but we're not just playing 'close your eyes and stick a pin in it.' Some of us (investors/speculators) know how to play the game, and others do not .
