From what i have read, Cougar have taken the stance that they have not caused any contamination due to the casing break. Theories have been offered to why the transitory readings occurred, but nothing to substantiate that Cougar caused any contamination.

Could you please post where that has been stated. I may have overlooked the matter and would appreciate clarification.
