Yes... this has been discussed in numerous threads lately. There should be no surprises for anyone.
Although "bleeding cash" and "spending cash to progress the company towards it's end objectives" are 2 different ways of terming the same thing... just one sounds more negative than the other.
The need for capex to grow any company is obvious.
