PLS is run by operational guy (engineer) and LTM is run by ex banker, different skill/mind set.
Ex banker / bankers are good at identify good business opportunity, they invest and make good return, they are no good at running or manage business.
P. Graves MAY be the exception, but it is difficult to get rid of the perception, thus he is not well like by the investment community / fund managers.
He should be the Chair, and Coleman should be running the joint.
