I reckon Iluka's plans to build a rare earth processing facility are now DEAD IN THE WATER!!!!!!

In my opinion, Lynas will see a big lift in its share price by the end of this month when Iluka updates the market with news that its plan to commence construction of the proposed plant are being put on ice for at least a year.
