It’s not the Chinese, it’s our greedy director and his allies are to be blamed. Instead of selling their personal shares, they could have asked for a complete TO but they chose their benefit instead. Chinese will try to get the resource as cheap as possible and that’s business. So I don’t really see any issue with them. Our director is trying to maximise his and his allies benefit by sacrificing general shareholders and that is the problem here. Anyway now we have three Chinese entities linked to our company, 1. TMF- previous bidder 2. Chifeng- Large Shareholder, 10% 3. Minerva- Bought 17.9% from director and allies @53c I don’t know how this game will play out and how long will it take but one thing is for sure, some big game is going on behind the scene. I just wish good luck for myself and for all shareholders. All in my opinion only.
