Simply intend to ask if co intends to 1) provide a more detailed explanation of the SHC arrangement, in particular what went wrong & timing of decision by PIQ to terminate and 2) provide a considerably more comprehensive update on future sales strategy.
Re 2) I will make the point that I, and I suspect many shareholders, have had their confidence in the Board and its commercialisation advisers all but shattered by this announcement and query whether RL (if he were just a large shareholder) would be happy to continue with the current team. Any progress in sales (or even the likelihood thereof) in Europe or other jurisdictions?? (Another query just thought of): What are the implications for commercialisation of Endo test, next year ??
Am increasingly annoyed by the lack of both disclosure & progress (re sales of Prom D) but will endeavor to remain calm if he calls !!
