Exactly the reason I sold out yesterday ... might miss out on a few more cents increase in share price (like today) but the money is in the bank !! There will have to be funds raised from somewhere and I have seen it many times before with other companies I've invested in, where the share price has sharp rises before a CR of some sort... Not saying it will happen here, but it's a similar pattern.
