You are absolutely correct in my opinion @dtab.

As I’ve said many times, WR1 is by far the easiest and most certain multi-bagger I’ve ever seen in 30 years in the mining industry. Absolutely no doubt.

I believe that within the next 12 months we’ll all look back at today’s share price with amazement at how cheap this company was. The ride up will feel as amazing as losing your virginity. Clueless Kev – you’ll really enjoy losing your virginity when it happens one day.

I’ve updated my NPV model for Adina/Renard and it currently sits at NPV = A$1.2B.

Assumptions/inputs as follows:

• 270kt spod sold from 2029, then 370kt spod sold from 2032
• 15 year only (I always truncate after 15 years)
• Realised flat price of US$1300/t spod from 2029 (there won’t be many/any other projects coming online if the spod price doesn’t rise above these levels)
• Operating Cost inc. Royalties of US$650/t (very low strip ratio ore body and easy trucking to Renard. LTR are trucking their spod product ~800km to Geraldton!)
• Only A$150m pre-production capex (I have assumed another $50m from Canadian govt. grants), and then another A$100m capex in 2031.

I encourage all holders to study the development and progress of Pilbara Minerals. A lot of money has been made on that stock even though it had to fight through Covid and the last severe lithium winter.

Also, have a look below at what IGO think (announced just yesterday). Don’t be surprised to see them have a bite at WR1 soon.

Buy big and hold patiently and I believe you will be very nicely rewarded.
