I argue there is a keyman discount attached to this stock: their boss man is an over-credentialed plodder, with the mindset better suited to managing portfolios rather than leading companies. Were Peter Coleman not in it just for the perks and the bludge he should have put Graves on notice by now (nine months is long enough to know).
