Maybe its just me , but I think plant completion by end June 2024 as shown on the Picture means the plant is completed by the end of June . This announcement is vague.
The mine side appears to have been ready for production for at least the last 6 months. They could have tested out the crushing circuit by now if that was ready. Your guess is as good as mine as to when they will actually produce from here.
