It is not dilution, you wally.
Shareholders were given options equally, so there is equal distribution. If some exercise, then they will benefit slightly more than those that don't.
RAC shareholders were rewarded. I've got a heap of options that are already in the money which I do not have to act on for years. They'll go to my god children.
