he also says in that webinar the US defence has already funded $4m to the development of the tech through rice university for gallium recovery specifically. And they are in talks with them also for grants and is confident a gallium pilot plant will be funded by them. Rekons the 1 tonne pilot plants will only cost $3m to produce and scaling up is just bolting on more 1 tonne plants
