You have one old drug and your directors are paid accordingly. IMU have multiple drugs I. multiple trials with multiple companies and are paid accordingly.
Below is from when IMU only had one drug, you can see the remuneration packages...... When RAC directors lift their game and do some more work they will get paid more.
