Then they need to re-asses the timelines they set. Don’t state that they’re expected in august and then not release them until halfway through September. And if they’re marked price sensitive then they must stick to disclosure rules.
I don’t expect the announcement to be good, what annoys me is their inability to stick to their word. The comparisons Dean would make, the constant talk of deals being in their late stages and so many announcement targets missed this year. Stop setting yourself up for failure.
