Still can’t see how you think this was a scam! I along with the majority of RAC holders were happy with the price which was fully subscribed. DrT has already explained that the SP stayed above the raising for 8 weeks after where SHs could have sold and made a profit. Most CR go back to the issue price soon after. The fact the SP deteriorated was the general market downturn that hit all shares. Are you saying all retail CR are scams? Much better than Hoppers CR to mates rates and then with his blessing shorting the company If anything it was very clever to raise at that point of time at the height of the bubble to fund existing projects
