I think this is the biggest weakness and this what the DMR hinted at: just how does anyone determine who is the rightful owner(s) to consult with?

And what if the owner(s) that backed Genorah now stand up and say hey, we are the rightful owners and we were consulted. Then what? I can see this happening. It is already happening in the Weiszwe case.

By no means is this a lost case for Genorah and NKP.
