In Feb 1998 the temp was .76 above and by March 1999 was back to zero.
What does any of that prove?
Clearly out temperature varies. There is no constant.
Who has agreed the so called NORMAL that you wish our temperature would sit at forever?
So what is the big deal about the temp being .5 above average last month? Its been above average many times before and its been below average just as many times no doubt.
