AUSTRAC is not moving forward with an option about BNPL at all - AUSTRAC is responsible for 'preventing, detecting and responding to criminal abuse of the financial system'.
The reference you have posted is to do with Treasury's proposed regulations, Nuffy is only interested in AUSTRAC
