not saying it means a single thing - but an obsevartion i did make almost immediately after the Marqua aquisiton was made.....
i'd love to hear the conversations that took place with Gutnick & IM at the time RXL negotitaed Myrtle's adjoining tennemants - beacuase six weeks later RXL stated their the new direction & the securing of the phosphate tennemants....
