I'm not sure why this "potential" capital raise is a surprise.

You could see they had drawn down all the debt that they could and still had negative cash flow from the June quarterly.

You could see that Regal wanted out and fast. They have selling like they knew a capital raise was coming. Whether they were tipped off by Taurus or not doesn't matter. They didn't need to be to know to cut and run.

If they can raise, they'll live to fight another day and have a chance of proving the doubters - and there are many of them, myself included - wrong.
