Yeah weird article, contradicts itself on multiple fronts. Says commercial short covering is responsible for the frenzied rallies and intermediate moves require record spec longs, both of which are the exact set up we currently have and then goes on to make the argument they're out of firepower to short further. Why would they short further? They're already at historically significant levels. That's the whole point, as stated in the same article.
