Thanks for your opinions. What I don't understand is Arena invoking themselves with a small pharmaceutical Coy with a class action over their heads. Looking at their web these guys are a multi billion$$$ Institutional Industry provider with huge resources.
My question to you would be why Arena would taint their goodwill with a Coy with a pending class action and by my understanding, multiple actions in the class.? Something is not adding up here Damian. What am I missing?

Yes I brought forward the dilution and greed evident. I brought forward confetti shares in the package that I missed....my bad I voted yes, it makes for directors becoming millionaires and holders portfolios heavily diluted, but curb this so the pharmaceutical arm have the full force on COH and advancing our lead assets sentiment will change. Nothing would make me happier than to see directors freebies on hold and the large numbers of investors who are at retirement or in retirement see their portfolios return to green and have good forward Coy growth and value through positive analytical reports.
