I look at 1MC (Morella) , these are two of SYA's Directors so it is pertinent because they will try the same with SYA Shareholders.
Remember that when you vote at this years AGM.
If you had $40,000 invested in Morella at .049 pre- consolidation you would have had 816,327 Shares.
The 25:1 Consolidation reduced your holding to 32,653 Shares that are now trading at .029.
Your $40,000 has become $947 whilst the BOD award themselves performance shares.
These are the same people that currently sit on our BOD, please everyone vote, Second Strike and good riddance.
